DIVE ICELAND 2012

 We're heading to Reykjavik for some awesome diving in crystal clear waters in June / July 2012! 

Ok, so it may be a bit chilly ( you'll definately need a dry suit ) & a camera for this trip, but it has to be in the top 10 of the world's greatest diving destinations.  With 3 days of diving on offer, including the infamous Silfra Rift - diving in a crack between 2 continents - a geothermal chimney & some boat dives, it is one not to be missed.

EFR Instructor Training

We now offer the updated Emergency First Response Instructor course including Care for Children and AED use. 

Become qualified to teach your own EFR COURSES...Through a multi-media approach of independent study, classroom sessions and practical teaching assignments, you learn to conduct Emergency First Response courses.  You will also learn how to motivate students, evaluate student knowledge, present course content effectively, become proficient in developing students' hands-on skills practice sessions, and are taught how to present an effective scenario-based learning experience

Prerequisites:To enter the Emergency First Response Instructor course, you must be 18 years old and have completed adult, child and infant CPR and first aid training in the past 24 months

Any Divemasters or Assistant Instuctors who are looking at participating in the PADI IDC & IE must be an EFRI prior to their course enrollment.   You can then run your own EFR programs in conjunction with your Rescue Diver Courses!

Did you know that here at Sal Diving we run an active Dive Club?  We welcome all qualified divers from all agencies with ‘Standard’ membership fees starting from as little as £50 per year!   We run boat trips from Mevagissey, Plymouth, Falmouth & Newquay as well as weekends away & holidays in the UK & abroad.
